• Are any of the pieces on the site AI generated?

  • At DeerBits Studios, we are inspired by many of the pieces of media we consume but we would NEVER AI generate art. Even the product descriptions are all human typed.

• When will my order ship?

  • Orders will be shipped every Wednesday! Keep your eyes peeled for your tracking number and if you still haven’t received any updates please use our contact page.

• What Conventions will you be at this year?

  • We try to update as much as we can with our schedules. We update everyone first on Patreon and on the Newsletter, then our social media accounts! Consider subscribing to any of those for the latest updates.

• Is there any way to suggest merch ideas?

  • Hmm.. We’ll release a suggestion box soon ;)
